Do you have a complaint about a product you ordered? Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your package by emailing info@slrp.be with a clear description of the complaint, including a picture. We will reply within 1 working day. You do not need to return the products, unless we specifically ask you to do so in our response.

If the complaint concerns an error on our part, we will remanufacture the product and resend it. If it is an error on our carrier's part, a complaint file will be started with that party and we will await the result. All other forms will be handled separately for each complaint.

Can I always return my order?

If a product is not quite as you expected, you can return it within 14 working days in its original packaging and in new condition, without any reason.

Please notify returns first by e-mail at info@slrp.be.

Send the item back in a sufficiently stamped package, stating your details (name, telephone number and e-mail address) to:

If the items have been received back correctly, Slrp will transfer the amount due (excluding the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs you made to return the item) to you within 30 days.

The submitted project helps close the digital gap and/or strengthen the digital skills of vulnerable target groups It concerns a structural and scalable project with a long-term social impact The application must be submitted by a recognized Belgian non-profit organization with a social objective
